Chloe was born to Leo and Sophie Rosseau. She was an only child. Chloe wasn't as spoiled as what people would think. Her mother was a normal house wife while her father ran a french newspaper. She loved her small family because they were close and would share everything. When she was starting to show her magic. They were so proud of her. And she knew that she was proud of herself.

She got a letter from Beauxbatons school. And she was sorted in Vaillant. Even though she had made some friends, she would always focus on her grades. She would spend most of her free time down at the stables. But she could always be found studying in the library. Chloe didn't even notice that it few by. Seven year flew by and she was ready to leave school.

Now that she was out of school, she had an idea of what she wanted to do. She wanted to be Minister of Magic. But she knew that she was going to have to start from the bottom and work the way up.
